How to Shop

Thank you for shopping with Zoe!

This site is user-friendly and easy to use!

1) Select the products you wish to purchase ("Add to cart")

2) When you are finished selecting your products, you can either "View cart" or "Checkout" - this you will find at the top of the page with a little drop down arrow 

3) If you proceed to "View cart" it will take you to the list of items you wish to order. Here, it will let you know if your chosen products are not in stock. If in the unfortunate event, the item/s is/are not in stock, we apologise and hope to get it/them back in stock soon!

4) Here, you can also amend the quantities, sizes, flavours, etc and "Continue shopping" (if you just remembered something else to add) or, "Checkout". You will also be able to select "Coupon Code", "Gift Voucher" or "Estimate Shipping Costs"

5) At "Checkout", you will be asked to "Register account" or "Guest checkout". You can also log in as a "Returning Customer" (if you have previously registered)

6) If you are registering for the first time, you will fill in the necessary information and click continue (all info is kept strictly private). You will be asked to choose a password. Please be sure to tick that you have read the T&C to continue.

7) If you have selected "Guest checkout", you will be only asked your name, email address, contact details and delivery address. 

8) Once everything is filled out, you will move on to delivery method. All deliveries will be charged according to weight and will cost between R38 and R120. We are presently using the South African Post Office (Counter-to-counter) and deliveries will therefore be restricted to towns that have a Post Office. You also have the option to collect it in Kleinmond - please refer to our Delivery Options page. A third option is a courier. This wil be the more expensive option and requires a courier quote. We do have an option for free delivery but there are terms and conditions - please contact us.

9) At any time, you will be able to modify any of these steps. 

10) Now we continue on to "Payment Method". Here, you can select "Bank Transfer" or "PayPal". You will need to tick that you have read the T&C's before continuing.

11) If you select "Bank Transfer", your order will be listed with all your details as well as our banking details. You will then select "Confirm Order". Your order has been processed and you will receive an email with your order as well as details for payment instructions. If you have any problems, you can get in touch telephonically or via email and you will be assisted!

12) If you select "PayPal", your order will be listed and a warning appears "Warning: The payment gateway is in 'Sandbox Mode'. Your account will not be charged." 

13) You select "Confirm Order" and you will be taken to PayPal, where you can register a PayPal account or pay using your existing PayPal account. Please note that at this time, you will be paying in US$ - currency is converted at the latest rates. Follow the instructions and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email and your order will be processed once funds are reflected in our PayPal account.

14) We will be in touch to let you know if there are any problems or when your package has been posted/sent off.
